The custodians were exceptionally friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was the best one I have slept in years. I travel quite a bit and lodge in usually high end hotels but this one was better than most others I have stayed at. I enjoyed the stay.
If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton then you are in the wrong city and possibly state. The hotel is dated and under renovation but the rooms were clean, water was hot, air was cold and there were NO bugs. Not to mention the entire staff was nothing but nice to my entire team. That is hard to find now a days. We came to town on a project and got accommodations at another hotel in town. The other hotel was not up to par (dirty rooms and not secure) so we moved to this one. We normally stay in Marriott or Hilton properties due to the amount of traveling we do but the prices of these were just astronomical for this area. This hotel worked for us because the price was right and it was secure. If you are looking for an affordable hotel with clean rooms, hot water, cold air, no bugs and friendly accommodating staff then this is the place for you.
My family and I stayed at this hotel in July of last year...although we didn't spend much time at the hotel, when we were there the staff was very friendly and pleasant as well as professional. The hotel itself was neat and clean, even though there was construction going on, it was kept well. The room was nice and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, pillow top I think. We spent three days and two nights at this location, which made easy access to shopping and casino...
